You can spend the Sundays hiking!

Your stay in nature should be a real pleasure and you must not keep up the same pace from your everyday life.

Every hiker should reach his/her destination feeling refreshed and relaxed. Only then has hiking made a difference.

After a 3-4 hour walk, you need to rest and eat. That is the best way to relax both spiritually and physically.
