St. Clement

Condition: Relatively well preserved.


The right hand and the middle part of the mophorion damaged through flaking of the plaster ground together with the layer of paint. Similar damage to the right side of the frame.

Iconography: St. Clement is shown in half-length. With his right hand he gives blessing, in his left he holds a thick closed book. He is dressed in dark-red phelones and white mophorion decorated with large black crosses with golden bands. The background is gold.

Conservation: Conserved in the laboratory of IPCM - Skopje.
