Michael and Eutychios icon-painters. 1295 - 1317 113 x 56 cm. Tempera. Plaster ground on a board. From the Church of the Mother of God Peribleptos (St. Clement’s), Ohrid. Today - at Icon Gallery, Ohrid. Condition: Very well preserved. The lower left corner is damaged. Slight damages on the frame. Iconography: St. Matthew is portrayed in full length with an open gospel in his hands, turned to the right. |
