This search engine will assist you in compiling a list of pages which contain a specific word (or string of words) that interest you. You can make complex inquiries with the help of the Boolean operators (see examples).

Upon the finishing of your search the search engine will reload this page and present the results of the given query – a list of document names which contain the requested word. Each name is a link to the document.

Search Instructions and Examples

Due to the non existence of a Macedonian code page in the older operative systems the search engine produces incorrect results when the given word contains the letters sh ({) or ky (}) (they are recognized as paranthesis). We recommend that you enter you query (word) up to or after the above mentioned letters.

It is also recommended that you enter the definite and indefinte form of a word for better results due to the specific use of articles or to use the operator (as described below).

Searching with the help of the Boolean operators (AND, OR and NOT) is made in the following way:

Folk Costume
It searches for the documents that contain the word folk or the word costume.

folk OR costume
same as above

folk AND costume
It searches for the documents that contain both the words: both folk and costume

folk NOT costume
It searches for the documents that contain the word folk, but not the word costume

(folk NOT costume) AND art
It searches for the documents that contain the word folk, do not contain the word costume but do have the word art.

nation
It searches for the documents that contain the words that begin in nation, nation, national, nationality, etc.
