Costumes from the Central Vardar subgroup

The costumes from the Central Vardar subgroup differ in their typologic features with the sectors from Brsyachka and Upper Vardar ethnic entirety – Babuna, Tikvesh, Ovche Plain, the Kochani Plain, Lakavitsa and the Zletovo-Kratovo region.

These simple costumes with only several clothing items are distinguished as a special type. These costumes are characterized by the non application of embroidery, the vivid colors and simple adornments.
