Kosta Solev Ratsin (1908 - 1943), a prominent Macedonian poet and a revolutionary; the founder of the Macedonian contemporary literature. He wrote social poetry with highly artistic value and he was an uncompromising fighter both in affirmation and defense of the Macedonian nation, language and literature. His most significant work is the verse collection "Beli mugri" ("White Dawns")
